Guidelines

The hosting gym will provide a location and time on it's scheduled hosting day, not to exceed 3 hours from "Go" to "Time". The location and time will be submitted 1 week prior to the event.  The match does not need to be held at the gym and can be done at a park or track.  However, it is up to the hosting gym to provide equipment.  It would be a good idea to ask nearby gyms to bring equipment if the hosting gym does not have the specific equipment.

WODs will be programmed by the gym and submitted by email 1 week prior.  The WODs will be announced on the website the Wednesday before the scheduled event. Gyms are advised to program WODs for 4-6 athletes in a "team event" style.  With 3 maximum hours available, it is up to the hosting gym to decide how many WODs will be done and in what format.  Please keep in mind the amount of equipment your gym will need for the athletes.

Gyms can be represented by any team members it chooses, no specific names are needed.

At the end of the season, the top two teams will go head-to-head at a location to be determined in the future.  The winner of the championship match will be crowned CFL OKI Division Champions and will host the CFL/OKI trophy until the championship of the next season.

A fee of $600 per team will be charged.  An official CFL website will be maintained which will host videos, pictures, and pre- and post-WOD analysis of each match.  The service also provides assistance in networking, programming, and other advice for the matches.  There will be no other charges besides this for competitors.  The fee is due on September 3rd, 2010.

A scoring system will work like this: For each match (being one full day) the winner will be awarded 5 points, the second place finisher 4 points, and so on.  If a team cannot make the scheduled match, they will be awarded a zero for that match.

It is requiredthat athletes participating in each match sign liability waivers at the hosting gym.
